When a package is delivered with SameDay Box, both the sender and the customer receive complete transparency throughout the delivery process. We provide real-time status updates online, as well as notifications via text or email, keeping your customers informed every step of the way.

How do I get my packages to SameDay Box for delivery?

You can choose to have your packages picked up directly from your address (additional fees may apply depending on volume—please check with your account representative) or conveniently drop them off at one of our many outlets across the Greater Montreal area, including Laval, the South Shore, Downtown, the West Island, the East End, and more.

How do I pay for SameDay Box services?

You can easily pay for shipping labels directly on our website through your account. We issue billing on a weekly basis for your convenience, and payments can be made via credit card, wire transfer or e-transfer.

Live tracking on a map is not available, but delivery windows are communicated to all parties via text message or email for real-time updates.

I wont be home, what now?

SameDay Box offers safe drop service, meaning we will leave your package in a discreet location on your property if deemed safe. You’ll receive a notification with the exact location where the package was left. If a safe drop is not possible, the package will be returned to our sorting hub, and you’ll have the option to reschedule the delivery.

What is the delivery window?

We deliver every day from 4-10pm.

Drivers

We are constantly looking for drivers and subcontractors to join our team.

Who are we hiring?

To work with us, you must be eligible to work in Canada, have a valid Class 5 driver's license, own a smartphone, and either own a vehicle or work with your own delivery vehicle. You'll be eligible to join our fleet or operate independently.
